Drive or take the train to Bhuj. Walk through the ruins of the Prag Mahal and Aina Mahal palaces in the evening.

Visit Nirona village to see the rare Rogan art (oil-based painting on fabric), copper bell making, and intricate block printing.

The White Rann
Drive north into the Great Rann. Walk out onto the blinding white salt flats. Stay until dark—the salt glows blue under the moonlight.

Kalo Dungar
Drive to the highest point in Kutch, the Black Hill. Incredible panoramic views of the salt desert blending into the horizon.

Little Rann Safari
Transit to the Little Rann of Kutch. Take an open jeep safari across the cracked earth to spot the endangered Indian Wild Ass.
