Guwahati to Shillong
Land in Assam and drive up into the hills of Meghalaya. Spend the evening at Police Bazaar in Shillong.

Drive into the Mist
Head to Cherrapunjee (Sohra). The landscape dramatically changes to deep gorges. See Nohkalikai Falls plunging 1,115 feet.

The Root Bridge Trek
A grueling but beautiful hike down 3,500 steps to Nongriat village to see the bio-engineered Double Decker Living Root Bridge.

Cave Exploration
Recover from the trek by exploring Mawsmai Cave, navigating through narrow limestone stalactite formations.
- 5Day 5
The Clear River
Drive to Dawki on the Bangladesh border. Take a boat ride on the Umngot River, water so clear the boats appear to be flying.
- 6Day 6
Mawlynnong Village
Visit Mawlynnong, famously dubbed 'Asia's Cleanest Village'. Walk the bamboo skywalk for views into the plains of Bangladesh.

Return to Guwahati
